August 21, 2024: Mailula loaned to Wydad Athletic Club
Toronto FC has sent forward Cassius Mailula on loan to Moroccan team Wydad Athletic Club through July 31, 2025. Wydad AC will have the option to exercise a permanent transfer for Mailula at the end of this loan.
Quick analysis: This move hardly comes as a surprise, considering how things have failed to work out for Mailula in MLS.
