It's getting very real for the Canadian men's team, who is just nine days away from marking its return to the FIFA World Cup after a 36-year absence.
Coach John Herdman on Sunday unveiled the 26-man squad he will take to Qatar where Canada will take on Belgium (Nov. 23), Croatia (Nov. 27) and Morocco (Dec. 1) in Group F play.
The Canadian roster includes 11 MLS players, including Toronto FC's Jonathan Osorio, Mark-Anthony Kaye and Richie Laryea, and is highlighted by several players at top European clubs. There are also some notable absences.
