TFC Tidbits: Reds have $3.3M of GAM going into 2025 season

Welcome to TFC Tidbits, a special feature at TFC Republic that curates bits and pieces of news about what's going on with Toronto FC.

Could rise to $5.3M if Reds choose 2 DPs/4 U22s model

As part of its continuing push to become more transparent, Major League Soccer has revealed how much general allocation money (GAM) each of its clubs have going into the 2025 regular season.

This marks the first time that the amount of GAM that each club has acquired has ever been made public by MLS.

MLS published the full list of every team’s GAM position on Thursday, including Toronto FC, who is sitting on $3,318,648 (all figures US). It should be noted that this amount is what TFC have going into next season before applying it to any players.
