Why didn't Toronto FC sign Julian Altobelli? He's coming off a great season with TFC 2 and he's only 22 years old, so he has a great future ahead of him. Seems like a waste that he didn't earn a first team contract when the whole point of TFC 2 is to have guys move on to the MLS team.

In case you missed it, the CPL's York United FC announced on Friday the signing of former TFC 2 captain Julian Altobelli to a one-year guaranteed contract with an option for an additional year.
