One of the biggest challenges a new coach faces when he takes over a team is connecting with his players to the point of having them seeing and accepting his vision.
It’s no different for Robin Fraser, who is now in his second full week in charge of Toronto FC. The Reds are currently in Marbella, Spain where they are involved in pre-season training camp under Fraser’s watchful eye ahead of their MLS campaign opener away to D.C. United on Feb. 22.
