Fresh off its midweek loss to Forge FC in the Canadian Championship, Toronto FC returns to MLS action when it hosts the Philadelphia Union on Saturday (7:30 p.m. ET/Apple TV).
Philadelphia (4-9-9) sits 14th in the Eastern Conference, five spots and three points behind Toronto, and is winless in its last nine league matches (five losses).
Jim Curtin's side is coming off a 0-0 home draw against the New York Red Bulls and hasn't won a game since earning a 3-0 road decision over the New England Revolution on May 18.
