TFC Talk: Reds get set to tangle with New York in Leagues Cup

With MLS on a month-long break, Toronto FC turns its attention to Leagues Cup, a tournament involving every team from MLS and Mexico's Liga MX.

TFC will compete in East Group 6 and open things up with a road game against the New York Red Bulls on Saturday (Apple TV/8:00 p.m. ET).

New York (10-4-11) sits fourth in the Eastern Conference, 11 points and four spots above Toronto (9-14-3), and is coming off an impressive 3-1 home win over FC Cincinnati last weekend.

TFC Republic spoke to reporter Joe Pantorno of amNew York about Saturday's game, New York's season so far, and much more.
