Canada vs. France: What you need to know
The Canadian men's team plays its final Copa América tune-up match when it faces France in Bordeaux on Sunday.
After getting its nose bloodied against the Netherlands, the Canadian men's team faces another daunting challenge vs. France in Jesse Marsch's second game in charge.
Canada was humbled 4-0 by the Dutch on Thursday in Rotterdam, a rude awakening for Marsch in his debut as Canadian coach, who nonetheless saw positives in the team's performances.
"There's segments of the match that I was pleased with, but obviously it's always disappointing when you walk away four-nil and we all know that there's a long way to go," Marsch said on Saturday.
Here’s what you need to know about Sunday's match between Canada and France at Bordeaux's Matmut Atlantique (3:15 p.m. ET/OneSoccer).
