Saturday's home opener gives TFC a chance to earn its first win of the season and their first under Robin Fraser.
A three-match road swing wasn't an ideal way for Toronto FC to open the 2025 MLS campaign, especially considering it only took one out of a possible nine points.
But the Reds will finally get to enjoy the comforts of BMO Field when they host the Chicago Fire in their home opener this weekend.
"I think in a lot of ways, since the second week in January, we've been road warriors. We've been in Spain and Florida for pre-season, we've been on the road for three matches to start the regular season, and so to come home, it is a very, very welcome site, as we establish ourselves as a group in front of our own fans. And really, we want to put out a strong performance," GM Jason Hernandez told TFC Republic.
