TFC 2 signs trio of MLS SuperDraft picks for 2025
Highly touted defender Reid Fisher is among the prospects recently drafted by Toronto FC who'll play for TFC 2 in MLS NEXT Pro this season.
TFC 2 keeps adding players to their roster ahead of the start of the MLS NEXT Pro season this weekend.
The club announced on Thursday that MLS SuperDraft picks Reid Fisher, Michael Sullivan and Patrick McDonald have been signed to contracts for the 2025 campaign.
Fisher (defender, San Diego State) was Toronto FC's first round pick (No. 23 overall) in the 2025 MLS SuperDraft. Sullivan (midfielder, Pittsburgh) was selected in the second round (39th overall). McDonald (midfielder, Indiana) was picked in the third round (59th overall) in 2024.
Another recent draft pick, Joseph Melto Quiah (forward, Dayton) is also expected to sign with TFC 2 very soon. He was selected in the third round (No. 69 overall) in 2025.
