Deandre Kerr among TFC players named to Canada's pre-camp
Six members of Toronto FC will take part in a pre-training camp ahead of Canada's Concacaf Nations League series vs. Suriname.
Six Toronto FC players have been called into a special pre-training camp by coach Jesse Marsch ahead of the Canadian men’s team’s Concacaf Nations League quarter-final vs. Suriname later this month.
The camp will be held in Toronto this week and it involves 19 players, including Toronto FC captain Jonathan Osorio and teammates Richie Laryea, Deandre Kerr, Kobe Franklin and Adam Pearlman. TFC 2 defender Richard Chukwu has also been called into the camp.
Marsch will announce his official roster for the two-legged quarter-finals on Friday and then the team will train in Fort Lauderdale, Florida next week before travelling to Suriname for the first leg on Nov. 15. The return match is on Nov. 19 at Toronto’s BMO Field.
