Some random thoughts I had on Toronto FC following its official elimination from playoff contention on Saturday.

The 2024 MLS regular season doesn't end until Oct. 19 with Decision Day.

But Toronto FC's off-season was essentially extended by two weeks after it was eliminated from the playoff race on Saturday.

TFC showed some improvement compared to last year, but the numbers behind their 2024 MLS regular season were pretty scary.

13 players will be entering the option years of their contracts, which means Jason Hernandez has some important decisions to make.

The glory days of Vanney and Bezbatchenko are long gone. But TFC operates with a sense of entitlement, as though winning is a birthright.

The Toronto FC rookie could earn his first national team cap this month after being summoned by Trinidad and Tobago.
