Idle since its semifinal run at this summer's Copa América, the Canadian men's team returns to action this month with a pair of international friendlies.
First up for Canada is a showdown with the United States on Saturday, followed by a contest against Mexico next Tuesday in Arlington, Texas.
Canada climbed eight spots in the latest FIFA world rankings from 48th to 40th, but it is still well behind the U.S. (No. 16).
