TFC and Forge FC of the CPL battled to a 1-1 draw in Saturday's COVID-delayed 2020 Canadian Championship final at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton before the Reds etched out a 5-4 victory in a penalty shootout.
With the win Toronto claimed its first trophy since 2018 and first under Bob Bradley. The Reds have now won the tournament a record eight times.
