Ex-TFC defender Justin Morrow adapting to life after soccer
Justin Morrow, one of Toronto FC's greatest servants, called it a career at the end of the 2021 season, announcing his retirement after eight years with the Reds.
Morrow, a 34-year-old native of Cleveland, hung up his cleats as the club's second all-time leader in appearances with 254 (behind only Jonathan Osorio, 292), leaving an indelible impression both on and off the field for the organization.
A key member of the 2017 championship side, Morrow was known for his consistent play during his entire tenure in Toronto, and became one of the club's all-time fan favourites.
In a one-on-one interview with TFC Republic, Morrow discusses how retirement is treating him thus far, what the future holds in store for him, his continued involvement in Black Players For Change, his thoughts on the hiring of Bob Bradley, and much more.
