Breaking down Toronto FC's roster ahead of 2022 season
With only 14 players back from last year, a new-look TFC guided by Bob Bradley heads into the campaign with a great deal of hope.
The winds of change have blown through Toronto FC this off-season like a hurricane.
TFC had one of its worst MLS campaigns in 2021 with a 6-18-10 record, leading new coach and sporting director Bob Bradley to take a sledgehammer to the roster.
Only 14 players from last year were in pre-season training camp, and some high-profile squad members parted ways with the club, most notably Mark Delgado, Richie Laryea and Omar Gonzalez. The Reds also said goodbye to two of their three Designated Players with the exits of Jozy Altidore and Yeferson Soteldo.
