TFC Talk: Altidore out 6 weeks, Priso done for the season

In the latest edition of the TFC Republic video blog, I discuss the latest injury news about Jozy Altidore and Ralph Priso, and what their long-term absences mean for them going forward with the club.

TFC announced on Thursday morning that Altidore underwent successful surgery on his right foot at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, and that his recovery is expected to take up to six weeks. Altidore sat out the Reds' last two games due to what the team described as "discomfort."

Priso was injured in last weekend's home loss to the New England Revolution, hurting his ankle while trying to make a clearance on a delayed offside call.
