TFC will try to bounce back - and avoid losing their first two matches of a season since 2018 - when they host the Vancouver Whitecaps in their "home opener" on Saturday (3:00 p.m. ET).
Vancouver earned a 1-0 win against the Portland Timbers at its temporary home in Utah in its MLS opener last weekend. The Whitecaps closed out last season with a win over the LA Galaxy. If they were to win on Saturday, it'd be their first three-game winning streak since August-September 2017.
