Toronto FC bolstered its attacking depth on Tuesday with the signing of free agent forward Dom Dwyer through the 2022 MLS season.
The club said Dwyer will be added to its roster pending the receipt of his International Transfer Certificate. The English forward had been training with TFC down in Florida since before the start of the MLS season, so it hardly came as a surprise that he ended up signing a full-time deal with the Reds.
Dwyer, 30, has been without a team since parting ways with Orlando City at the end of the 2020 season - a knee injury limited him to just a pair of MLS appearances last year.
