May 15: MLS disciplinary committee slaps TFC with multiple bans
The MLS disciplinary committee came down hard on Toronto FC for its involvement in the ugly post-match melee that took place on the pitch at BMO Field following Saturday’s 3-2 loss to New York City FC.
The following suspensions were handed down on Wednesday to TFC: Richie Laryea (one game), Sean Johnson (one game) and coach John Herdman (one game).
